Barbara Phillips

Barbara Jane Phillips was born June 11, 1938 in Enid, Oklahoma. She passed away January 21, 2016. She is survived by her sister Marilyn Darl (Phillips) Bretey; nephews, Richard Lee (Shannan) and Jeremy Howard; and great niece Elizabeth Cyrena Bretey. She is preceded in death by her parents Roland Lee (Rolly) and Cyrena Ruth (Wilson) Phillips. Barbara loved gardens, birds, butterflies, shopping and eating out. Her family wishes to express our love for and appreciation of the Richard and Janie Webster family for their loving care. She was truly a part of their family as well as the family of Bethel Family Praise Eaton. God watched over her and she knew she was loved. Visitation will be on Saturday, January 30 at 12:30 PM at Greenwood and Myers Mortuary followed by a memorial service starting at 1:00 PM. The burial will immediately follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
