Daniel Smith, 42, of Lafayette passed om March 4, 2016. Danny was an avid fly fisherman, skier and hobbyist. He was a stay at home father for his daughter Cassidy. Danny is survived by his wife, Christina; daughter, Cassidy; parents, Paul and Mona Smith; siblings, Robert, Michael, Mary, Steven, Javier and Dan; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday, March 10 at 6:00 PM with Recitation of the Rosary starting at 7:00 at Greenwood and Myers Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, March 11 at 2:00 at Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Interment will immediately follow.
