David Toledo Jr.

David Toledo Jr., 79, of Louisville, Colorado passed away on August 19, 2015 at TRU Community Care Hospice. David was born in Evanston, Colorado on November 20, 1935 to David and Julianna Toledo. David is a veteran of the US Army and completed his career working at Rocky Flats. David and Eulalia Toledo were married on August 25, 1955 in Boulder. David was a member of the American Legion, Post 32. He enjoyed fishing, camping, listening to Mexican music and cheering on the Rockies! He enjoyed most spending time with all their grandchildren. David is survived by his children, Teresa Toledo, Diego Toledo and Nick Toledo; siblings, Virginia Bernal, Donna Valles, Eddie Toledo Sr., Maria Martinez, Stephanie Toledo and Veronica Orozco; grandchildren Bryan Gonzalez, Christopher Gonzalez & Rachel Toledo; and great grandchildren, Taya Gonzalez and Logan DeClercq. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eulalia, siblings; Alvera Vigil, Phyllis Toledo, George Martinez and Lupe Atencio. A memorial prayer service will be on August 29 at 10:30 AM at Saint John the Baptist Church in Longmont. A potluck reception will follow at the American Legion Hall, Post 32, in Longmont at 1:30pm.
