Eulalia Toledo

Eulalia (Mae) Toledo, 75, of Longmont, formerly of Louisville and Boulder passed away on April 7, 2015. Mae was born on February 14, 1940 in Romeo, Colorado to Juan and Josephine Martinez. David and Mae were married on August 25, 1955 in Boulder. Mae worked at Rocky Flats and was a member of the Longmont American Legion Women’s Auxiliary. Mae loved fishing and working with her church. Mentoring young women was important to Mae. Mae loved both pets and children. Mae is survived by her husband, David Toledo Jr.; children, Teresa Toledo, Diego Toledo and Nick Toledo; siblings, Ann Medina, Ramona Castillo, Louis Martinez, Tomisita Diaz, Marcella Diaz and Cecelia Gomez; grandchildren, Bryan Gonzalez, Christopher Gonzalez and Rachel Toledo; and great grandchildren, Taya Gonzalez and Logan DeClercq. Charitable contributions may be made to Rocky Mountain Yorkie Rescue, 10285 Tracery Court, Parker, CO 80134 (www.rmyr.org.) in Mae Toledo’s name. A Memorial Mass will be on Friday at 10:00 AM at Saint Louis Catholic Church in Louisville. A lunch reception will immediately follow.
