Harry Petrak

Harry A. Petrak, 85, of Boulder passed away on June 4, 2014 at Boulder Community Health. Harry was born to Michael and Mary Petrak on November 16, 1928 in Gloversville, New York. Marilyn Olson and Harry were married in Gloversville on August 26, 1950. Harry graduated from Union College and 1951 and was proud of being a member of the undefeated football team in 1949. Harry owned Triple S Industries and was an active member of the Elks and the Knights of Columbus. Hunting, fishing, playing golf and reading were some of Harry’s favorite past times. He especially loved visiting and celebrating life with his grandchildren. Harry is survived by his wife, Marilyn; two sons, Mark Petrak and Greg Petrak; sister, Florence Mensch; and grandchildren, Sarah Petrak, Erika Petrak and Maxwell Petrak. He was preceded in death by his parents and his two brothers, Edward and Paul. Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday, June 10 at 11:00 at Saint Martin de Porres Catholic Church. The burial will be at Green Mountain Cemetery following Mass.
