Joann Passman

Joann Passman, of Boulder, passed away on November 21, 2012 at Boulder Community Hospital. Joann was born on January 31, 1951 in St. Louis, MO to Leo and Mary Lou Ward. Joann was employed as a cosmetologist and was an active member in local political efforts for the Democratic Party. She is survived by her children, Kim Fariello and Tshandra White and her siblings, Kathy Brancatto, Bobby Ward and Marty Ward.
