Joe was an amazing and dedicated father to all three of his children, he taught them how to love, laugh, play a myriad of games and sports, how to be vulnerable, compassionate, and responsible among other things. A life long best friend to his four siblings and a loving son to his parents. Joe had a strong sense of family. Joe was a man of many gifts, which he used in his daily life to touch others. He always had a joke ready and was quick on his toes, never shied away from a conversation with anyone or about anything. He had a sharp mind when it came to many different subjects including arts, sports, politics, and life advice. Throughout the years he pursued his passion of freestyle frisbee, he touched many peoples lives and pushed others to be their best just by being himself. In his free time, Joe enjoyed a peaceful moment in nature; either fishing, camping, playing frisbee golf or simply enjoying a view. His desire to travel the country in his car brought him to many beautiful places, all of which had a special place in his heart. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Fisher. Joe is survived by his former wife, Kelley Fisher; children, Jacob Fisher, Makenzie Fisher and Nathan Fisher and siblings, Gregory Fisher, Deborah Fisher, Susan Rao and Patrick Fisher.
