Luke Kawulok

Luke Tadeusz Kawulok passed away in his parents arms on February 5th, 2016. He was born on May 12th, 2015 and was an identical twin to brother Liam. Though his time on earth was short, he brought love and joy to all those who knew and loved him. He is survived by his parents, Christopher and Elizabeth, grandparents Dr. Ted and Kim Kawulok, Linda and Jeff Potter, Richard and Angela Reider, and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by his twin brother Liam Bradley, who passed away January 9th, 2016, great-grandparents Dr. Bernard and Joan Reider, Robert Ringer, Tony and Aline Kawulok, and Fred and Pat Miller. A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, February 12th, 9:30 am at Sacred Heart of Jesus in Boulder. In lieu of flowers, donations are accepted at https://www.gofundme.com/99afbbvw
