Lyle Anderson

Lyle Anderson, 62, of Longmont passed away on September 13, 2018. Lyle was born on April 26, 1956 in Cripple Creek, Colorado to Charles and Margaret Anderson. After graduating from high school Lyle served in the United States Navy. Lyle enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and boating in his free time. He was also an avid fan of the CU Buffs, Colorado Rockies and the Denver Broncos. He loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren. Lyle is survived by his children, Lyle Fitzgerald Anderson (Desiri), Brandi Renee Fowler (Michael) and Melissa Jeannine Anderson; step sons, Jeffrey Hartman (Laura) and David Hartman; siblings, Charlotte Webb and Gary Anderson; grandchildren, Marcus Ray Anderson, Analese Gonzalez, Laci Gonzalez and Lyle Nolan Anderson; step grandchildren, Andrew Hartman, Kyle Hartman, Jasmine Chavez, Mariah Chavez, Jenea Chavez, Jasmine Chavez, Mariah Chavez and Jenea Chavez and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces. Lyle was preceded in death by his father, Charles Gilbert Anderson and his brother, John Anderson. Visitation will be on Monday, September 17 from 4:00 until 6:00 at Greenwood and Myers Mortuary. The celebration of life will begin at 6:00 at Greenwood and Myers Mortuary. Interment will be on Tuesday, September 18 at 9:30 at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
