Milton Digregorio

Milton Ralph DiGregorio, of Boulder, CO, passed away on August 12, 2023. Milton was born in Chicago, IL on December 20, 1936 to Joseph and Yetta DiGregorio. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree, Milton served in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sargant. Beverly and Milton were married on December 27, 1969 in Chicago. Milton was a man of many interests and talents that embraced family and business with every fiber of his being. Milton’s career consisted of multiple business endeavors including opening and operating restaurants in Boulder and Denver. He was also a pioneer in the utility submetering business, establishing his own company, Mater Tek International. Milt was valued for his prudential guidance by his business colleagues and his wit, warmth and generosity by his friends and family. Milton enjoyed spending time with his family and world travel. Milton is survived by his wife, Beverly; children, Jason DiGregorio (Amy) and Amanda Denit (Jay); grandchildren, Ashley DiGregorio, Connor DiGregorio, Rylynn Denit and JoEllen Denit. He was preceded in death by Joseph, Yetta and his sister Benet. Charitable contributions may be made to: Tunnels to Towers, Wounded Warrior Project or Saint Jude’s Research Hospital. Visitation and recitation of the Rosary will be Friday, August 18 at 12:30 at Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will follow starting at 1:00. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart of Mary Cemetery.
