Nigel Chapman

Nigel Dale Terrance Chapman of Westminster, CO, died August 19, 2022, at his home. He was born August 29, 1968, to Donald and Cheryl Chapman in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. Nigel lived in Rosedale, NY, and attended Queensborough Community College. Nigel served four years in the U.S. Army. He worked for Canon Solutions America for 25 years where he made life-long friends. Nigel loved the outdoors and spent his free time photographing wildlife, especially birds of prey. He was skilled at computer animation, photography and really anything he set his mind to. Nigel had a warm, open smile, a contagious laugh, and a kind, gentle soul. He will be missed by his father, his siblings, his nieces and nephews, and his friends and coworkers.

Nigel is survived by his father Donald Chapman, siblings Dexter Chapman, Deon Chapman, Garvin Chapman, Sherry Chapman-Dixon, and Jasmine Saldenha. Other relatives include Gary Dixon, and his nieces and nephews Elizabeth Dixon, Justin Dixon, Lukas Le Desma, Sasha Le Desma, Angelina McDowell, Brandon McDowell, and Christian Chapman. He is preceded in death by his sister, Dawn McDowell, and his mother Cheryl Chapman. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday August 27, 2022, at Greenwood & Myers Mortuary 2969 Baseline Rd. in Boulder.
