Robert Lundy

Robert E. Lundy of Louisville, CO passed away April 7, 2017 at the age of 73.  Bob was born in Syracuse, NY November 11, 1943 to Mary (Spicer) and Edward Lundy. He graduated from Onondaga High School and LeMoyne College before going on to serve in the US Air Force.
Bob married Ellen Pfeifer on October 21, 1967 in Syracuse.
After a career in banking management, Bob went on to work in human resources and real estate while also working as NHL off-ice Crew Supervisor. This latest career paired with his position as USA Hockey State and District Referee-in-Chief helped him become one of the first inductees in the Colorado Ice Hockey Referee Association Hall of Fame in 2012.
A member of First United Methodist Church, Bob was a quiet, unassuming man and a friend to all. He was dedicated to his family and work, always staying busy. Bob was an avid problem solver yet still made time for his many interests including photography, hockey, music, nature and classic movies.
Bob is survived by his wife, Ellen, daughter, Jessica Lundy and her fiancé, Derek Flannery. He will also be missed by his sister, Susan (Steven) Kelly, brother, Keith (Mary Jeanne) Lundy, nieces and nephews; Kristen and Megan Lundy, Elizabeth, Ryan (Abi), Timothy and Patrick Kelly, aunt Constance (Joseph) Sacco and several cousins.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Caron D. Lundy.
