Ruthanne Gross

Ruthanne Therese Gross, of Boulder, CO passed away on November 30, 2024. Ruthanne was born on July 11, 1938 in Davenport, Iowa to Bernard and Marie Stromberg. David and Ruthanne were married on June 5, 1965 in Davenport, Iowa. Ruthanne was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother whose indelible character will be sorely missed. Her spirit brought us such unique joy and so much laughter. We would like to thank the staff at Winding Trail Post Acute for the wonderful care they gave Ruthanne. She was preceded in death by her brother, Patrick Stromberg. Ruthanne is survived by her husband, David; children Stefan Gross and David Gross, Jr.; and grandchildren, Megan Gross-Wilkinson, Harrison Gross, Sophie Gross and Murphy Gross. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, December 6 at 10:00 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church. Immediately following Mass there will be a reception at the church.
