Stephen Francis D’Angelo of Boulder, CO passed away peacefully on May 18th, 2018 at the age of 60. Born January 22nd, 1958 in Weymouth, MA to John “Jack” and Evelyn D’Angelo, he was known as the wild child of his family from the very beginning. Steve grew up in Norwell, MA and moved to Colorado at the age of 18. His childhood was full of wild adventures and maybe a few run-ins with the law.
Once in Colorado, he met Carol, with whom he had two daughters that he adored. He spent the bulk of his adult life feeding his daughters dessert before dinner (thanks for the sweet tooth Dad!), riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, and making people’s home renovation dreams come true. His clients knew him as meticulous and dedicated in his work, and he was still friends with many of them until the end.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Evelyn D’Angelo and John “Jack” D’Angelo. He is survived by his sister Lisa Bastin (Paul), his brothers Rick D’Angelo (Andres) and John D’Angelo, his daughters Stephanie MacArthur (Nathan) and Julia D’Angelo (Josh), his nephews Michael (Annie) and PJ Bastin and Lucas D’Angelo, and his former wife, Carol Crowder.
Steve loved to live life on the edge and thus had a lot of stories to share. He could make any party fun so long as there was a cold Boston Lager for him to enjoy. He will be missed.
