Tom was born in Lincoln, NE to parents Frank & Maybelle Jirkovsky. The family moved to Oklahoma City, where he graduated from Putnam City HS & Univ. of Oklahoma. Tom leaves to mourn: Wife Carol; Daughter Sarah (Hobert) Bohm; Daughter Rachel (Eric) Blythe; Parents; Brothers Sam, Tim, Mike; Sister Suzan Black; nieces; nephews; and many friends. Funeral mass - Wed. 3/30, 11:00 am @ Sacred Heart of Mary Church 6739 S. Boulder Rd. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Sacred Heart of Mary church OR Tru Hospice Care Center 1855 Plaza Dr. Louisville.
