Vincent Anthony Orlandino SR.
After a short illness Vince went home to be with the Lord on May 28, 2017. Vince was born to Vincent Arthur and Cira Marchese in Brooklyn, New York. Vince attended Saint John’s University and was a member of the Alpha Kappa Psi fraternity. Vince was a Boy Scout and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He also enjoyed doing genealogy and family history. Lila and Vince were married on October 20, 1956 in Brooklyn. Vince was a loving husband for sixty years, terrific father to five sons and a wonderful grandfather to four grandchildren. Vince loved travelling by train to New York, Glenwood Springs, San Diego, Grand Canyon and many California beaches. Vince is survived by his wife, Lila; children, Vinnie Orlandino Jr. (Tina), Michael Orlandino, Thomas Orlandino (Iris), Francis Orlandino (Kirsten) and Anthony Orlandino (Michelle); sibling, Joseph Orlandino and Maryann Pennacchi; grandchildren, Luciano Orlandino, Nicolas Orlandino, Ava Orlandino and Gracie Orlandino; two godsons and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 1 at 6:00 with Recitation of the Rosary at 6:30 PM at Greenwood and Myers Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday June 2 at 11:00 at Saint Martin de Porres Catholic Church.
