William Hammond

William Mac Hammond, 89, of Boulder passed away on January 9, 2014. William was born to Jack and Pauline Hammond on June 19, 1924 in Indianapolis, Indiana. On May 19, 1951 William and Catherine Crampton were married in Indianapolis. William graduated from Purdue University and worked for IBM for many years. After serving in World War II William received an Honorable Discharge from the Army. William and his wonderful sense of humor will be missed by everyone. He was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine. William is survived by his children; William M. Hammond, John C. Hammond and Patricia L. Hammond and by his grandchildren; Matthew Abosrdra, Adam Abosedra and Nori Abosedra. A visitation will be Monday, January 13 from 9:30 - 10:30 at Greenwood and Myers Mortuary. The funeral service will be at 10:30 at Greenwood and Myers Mortuary. Burial will immediately follow at Green Mountain Cemetery.
